www.GrantCardone.com – Grant Rant #48 Obama Foreclosure Rental Plan – The Barack Obama Administration is rolling out a plan to attack the government owned foreclosure and Real Estate Owned properties problem that’s been going on for 4 years and has significantly affected the US economy, including the housing markets in California, Arizona, Florida, and Nevada to name a few. The Federal Reserve, United States Treasury, HUD, Fannie Mae FNMA, and Freddie Mac FMCC are working on the details, but this is a plan that Grant Cardone offered to the newly elected President Obama in 2008 which included Tax Incentives to to buyers and lenders. This new plan will allow real estate investors and buyers to manage foreclosed homes that came from big lenders such as Bank of America and Wells Fargo and are now government owned REO’s.
