Don’t believe the banks and bpo companies when they tell you that they don’t need more agents…You should still register with them or get on a waiting list, they may not need today, but they may need next week.

REO inventory is not dwindling, think about it for a second…the banks are holding the inventory back and slowly releasing it out into the market.  If the banks released all the inventory at the same time do you understand what kind of Economic devastation that would cause. (it would be alot worse than what we are seeing now)
